Lincoln County Schools will begin Pre-K and Kindergarten registration for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year on Monday, February 10, 2025. Please register your child at the school you are zoned to attend. Pre-K parents can also register at Lincoln Central Academy.
If a child will be four (4) years old on or before August 15, 2025, he or she is eligible for the Lincoln County Pre-K program in the fall. Pre-K seats are limited and registration does not guarantee enrollment. Approval for the program is based on State guidelines and the order the registration documents are received.
Children that are five (5) years old on or before August 15, 2025, are eligible for kindergarten in the fall and should also register beginning February 10, 2025.
The following records should be brought to registration:
Proof of residency (driver’s license, utility bill, mail)
Record of the child’s birth
Current physical/health examination
Current immunization record or religious exemption
Income Verification - Pre-K only

Families needing assistance with registering a Pre-K or Kindergarten child can visit or call their zoned school or Lincoln Central Academy. Parents can also find out the school zone of a county residence by contacting the Lincoln County Transportation Department at 931-433-5733.
