The Lincoln County Health Department will be at Flintville on April 28th to administer the Tdap vaccine. The state requires all students entering 7th grade to receive this vaccine. Permission forms will be going home today(April 7th) to all 6th graders. If your child has not received this vaccine and you would like for them to receive it at school, please fill out the form and return it to school by April 11th. There is a QR code for parents to scan, fill out and submit directly to the Health Department, if you would prefer that option. If you have any questions, you can call Nurse Robin at 931-937-6823.
